Gifts for the Home

This is a very special gift for my home. My favourite type of gift. As someone who loves interiors my Christmas wish list is often filled with bits for my home. Not so much functional things or storage but luxury items that are a bit special.

This blanket is amazingly soft and so luxurious. I have thrust this blanket at all my guests, urging them to just touch and feel how soft it is. The ultimate in French shabby chic from The French Bedroom Company that have such a fantastic range of gifts for those that love to fill their home with something unique. I also have their black sheepskin rug on my wish list for our bedroom, perfect against the floorboards. In the colder months I like to have lots of blankets in the living room to cosy up with. For me it sets the mood for evenings at home with candles lit while you sink into the sofa with a blanket. I won't mention how useful they also may be when 2 boys want to build a den!! I can't wait to cosy up with this blanket tonight, we have seen some beautiful sunshine here at the coast but freezing temperatures!
